A Yarmouth Native, athletics and fitness have always been the center of Lexi’s life ever since she can remember. At a young age Lexi began playing soccer at a competitive level. However, during her Junior and Senior years, she experienced multiple concussions which shifted the course of her athletics career. In the midst of trying to find an identity outside of being a “soccer player”, Lexi began to coach the sport she loved. It is in coaching that she found the immense passion to guide others to great achievements, physically and mentally. This catapulted her career into the world of sports and fitness.

Lexi has coached and trained with Yarmouth Soccer and Lacrosse Programs since 2011. For the past four years, she has coached with Maine Lightening Premier Soccer Club. She has also been a Group-Ex instructor and Running Coach at World Gym Portland, and most recently was the Head Coach of Orangetheory Fitness in Portland.

In her own fitness journey, you can find Lexi pursuing a variety of endurance goals - like taking on her own Ultra-marathons! There’s rarely a physical challenge she won’t take on, and with a smile! It’s her idea of fun!

Lexi enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels. Putting emphasis on the muscle-mind connection, she hopes to optimize your experience. Lexi wants you to know that she understands that fitness and strength mean different things to each individual, and it’s her mission to make your sessions together align with what that means to you.
