high-intensity interval training (HIIT) CLASSES

These specially designed classes are one-hour high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that will put you through your paces and raise that heart rate! Each of our classes is different and designed for athletes (like you) of all fitness levels. 

Our coaches relentlessly focus on technique and proper movement to help you reach your fitness goals. This supportive small class environment lets you learn proper body mechanics. The workouts involve the use of our cardio machines and other accessory floor fitness equipment.

• All classes are one hour unless otherwise noted
• 12 clients max per class (in 3000+ sq ft!)
• Open to all (no intro/consult required)
• Three blocks: cardio, rowers, & strength
• An opportunity to meet other members and build community
