When it comes to nutrition and not feeling guilty about what you like to eat, it’s not about self-denial or eating minuscule portions, it’s about balance and understanding that eating the proper amounts of the foods you love can and will help you lead a healthier, more fulfilled life. When you consistently deny yourself or choose a very restrictive diet, you could be at risk of developing disordered eating patterns.

Nutrition Coaching with Erica is an eight-week program designed to set you on a path for optimal food health.
• WEEK 1: 1 hour intake and consultation
• WEEK 2-7: 1 hour check-in progress meetings
• WEEK 8: 1 hour check-in and close-out session

8 WEEKS CONTINUED
Continue Nutrition Coaching with Erica for an additional 8 weeks with 30-minute weekly sessions and a 30-minute close-out session.

Get a 15-minute check-in with Erica when you need it.
