She/Her/Hers

Since 2014, Sarah has built her career in wildlife science. Through many experiences across the country and abroad, she has studied a diversity of species and their relationships with their unique habitats. However, in 2022, Sarah began to look inward, questioning her own relationship with the field she dedicated her life to. While conservation of the natural world has been a passion since childhood, something felt off balance. Sarah wanted to focus her energy on helping people be the best version of themselves.

So, always curious and with a thirst for knowledge, Sarah enrolled in Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook and soon learned how powerful conscious touch can be. Massage therapy was the modality she was looking for to connect with people in need of rest and healing. No matter where you are in your self-care practice, Sarah is here to help you feel your best! Using the optimal blend of science and artistry, Sarah tailors each client's session to meet their unique needs. When not at Form Lab, Sarah works for a conservation non-profit in Portland. She enjoys spending ample time outside as well as quality time with her loved ones and cats, Sandy and Clay.
