Gracie grew up moving throughout the US until settling in Maine in 2017. They are a recent graduate of Boston College with a BA in International Relations and Spanish. They developed a passion for advocacy and activism within the non-profit sector throughout their four years in Boston, and now aims to apply their love for making all feel welcome from the front desk at the Form Lab.

Gracie's passion for fitness comes from their mother, Coach Sage, who has given them the self-confidence and courage necessary to support others on their journey to feeling at home in their own bodies. Gracie is proud to be a staff member at the Form Lab and represent a mission that promotes body positivity, acceptance, and kindness.!
