I work from a bio-individual foundation, exploring your goals, health history, digestion, energy patterns, and daily life to set you on a sustainable path to vibrancy.
At the center of that framework is what I call Microbes, Muscles & Metabolism — a way of thinking about fueling your body that is a simple but powerful starting point. Rather than rigid rules, I offer strategies and supportive whole foods that can adapt as your life, health, and goals evolve.

The work starts before we ever meet.
Prior to your session, you'll complete three intake forms: a 3-Day Food & Mood Journal, a Lifestyle Questionnaire, and a Health History Form. I review and analyze each client's submissions in depth before our appointment, so that when we sit down, we're already working with a clear, personalized picture of where you are and where you want to go.
Your 60-Minute Consultation
Because of deep preparation work in advance, our time together is focused entirely on understanding you — your patterns, your goals, and the practical strategies that will actually work for your life. You'll leave with personalized, sustainable nourishment recommendations built around your unique biology, whether your focus is energy, body composition, digestion, performance, or overall well-being.

Investment: $200 A $75 deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining $125 collected following your session.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When choosing your appointment time, give yourself enough runway to complete the forms with care — they're not a report card, they're purely information that allows me to show up fully prepared for you.
