Andrew Blais

Head Coach/Personal Trainer & Founder
he/him/his

A Westbrook native, Andrew found his way into fitness and coaching after working in his family’s funeral home business. While that may sound like an unlikely start for a fitness professional, it wasn’t. When his father retired, Andrew realized he needed to pursue a new path that truly suited his career goals and passion. In 2017 he enrolled in the National Academy of Sports Medicine and became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018. As a trainer working in a number of local gyms, Andrew quickly saw that many clients who walked into the gym with the best of intentions did not focus on form so that they could function better during their workouts.

Upon meeting Sarah and Eric, Andrew felt connected to people who shared his love of the fitness industry and his interest in helping clients workout better, not harder. His infectious enthusiasm for teaching and training make him the kind of coach you want to work with because he makes the process so much more enjoyable than you ever realized it could be. His mantra at The Form Lab is quite simply “everyone is welcome here.”
