Caitlin (she/hers) grew up in Westbrook and Gorham, Maine, where her love for the water began at just 6 months old, when her parents enrolled her in swim lessons. By age eight, she was swimming competitively with the Westbrook Seals and later represented Gorham High School. When the COVID-19 pandemic cut her junior year season short, Caitlin used the pause to explore new areas of fitness and sports. She later attended the University of Vermont, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Studies. Alongside her studies, Caitlin continued sharing her passion for swimming—earning her American Red Cross Lifeguard certification at 15 and teaching swim lessons to clients of all ages and abilities through high school and college, and now on the weekends when she’s not at TFL. After 2.5 years at Lululemon, Caitlin loves sharing her experience and love of organization & customer service at The Form Lab, where she supports staff and client needs. She’s all about a fitness challenge for a cause—having just completed the Maine Cancer Foundation’s Tri for a Cure and the Dempsey Challenge!
