Caitlin (she/hers) grew up in Westbrook and Gorham, Maine, where her love for the water began at just 6 months old, when her parents enrolled her in swim lessons. By age eight, she was swimming competitively with the Westbrook Seals and later represented Gorham High School. When the COVID-19 pandemic cut her junior year season short, Caitlin used the pause to explore new areas of fitness and sports. She went on to attend the University of Vermont, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Studies. Alongside her studies, Caitlin continued sharing her passion for swimming—earning her American Red Cross Lifeguard certification at 15 and teaching swim lessons to clients of all ages and abilities through high school and college. After 2.5 years at Lululemon, Caitlin is excited to bring her experience and love of organization & customer service to The Form Lab, where she will support staff and client needs. She’s all about a fitness challenge for a cause—having just completed the Maine Cancer Foundation’s Tri for a Cure and looking forward to the Dempsey Challenge!
