Celia Melanson

Coach/Personal Trainer
she/her/hers

Celia is a lifelong athlete and current collegiate lacrosse player who discovered her passion for fitness, movement, and helping others through her own experiences in athletics. Originally from Maine, she grew up immersed in sports and developed a strong appreciation for how thoughtful training, proper form, and supportive coaching can transform both performance and confidence.

Celia is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Exercise Science and Coaching, where she has focused on understanding the mind–body connection and how it plays a pivotal role in motivation, behavior change, and overall wellness. Her academic background, combined with years of high-level athletic experience, has shaped her coaching style: encouraging, detail-oriented, and grounded in helping clients feel capable, confident, and strong.

She is currently pursuing her personal training certification and is committed to continuing her education in the areas of strength training, functional movement, and holistic wellness. Whether she’s coaching group classes or working 1:1, Celia brings a positive presence and strives to create a welcoming environment where clients feel supported in showing up as they are.

When she’s not in the gym, you can find Celia on the lacrosse field, exploring new mind–body practices like yoga and mobility work, or spending time with friends and family. Her goal as a coach is simple: help people build strength they can feel proud of — inside and out.
