Join us for the Have a HART 5K Fun Run & Walk at The Form Lab in Portland, Maine.
The scenic 5K starts at The Form Lab, following the waterfront eastern trail and looping back. After the run, enjoy food and connect with participants and vendors. Dogs are welcome to join in on your run or walk. Dress up for the chance to win "best matching dog and owner costumes." Prizes are awarded to the top 5K finishers.
Registration is $30 per runner/walker, which includes event registration and food/drink. Get your tickets now, as registration is limited. Purchase an event shirt for $30 to show your commitment to HART.
The Homeless Animal Rescue Team of Maine is a no-kill cat shelter in Cumberland that provides refuge, medical attention, and finding placement in forever homes for cats. Proceeds support HART's vital work.

1. Can I just hang out? Yes! But if you want to enjoy the food & beverages, $30 registration is required.
2. Will the run be timed? Yes, the event will be unofficially timed to award first-third place finishers.
3. Can I walk the course? Yes.
4. Can I walk or run just part of the course? Yes.
5. Will there be bibs? No.
6. Will there be food for vegetarians? Yes!
7. Is there a rain date? Yes, the following day - Sunday, September 17, 2023.
8. Is this event for all ages? Yes! Bring the family!
9. Where do I park? The paid lot adjacent to The Form Lab building, street parking is also available.
10. Can I bring my dog? You may bring pets on a leash to join you for your run/walk. The afterparty will be indoors and for humans only.
11. Will there be alcohol? No.
12. Will you have event shirts for sale? Yes! You can purchase a shirt online through the event sign-up page on EventBrite or in person. Shirts will be available on race day.
13. Do you have to be a member of The Form Lab to participate? No, all are welcome!
