Grace (she/hers) is a former collegiate athlete who competed in track and field throughout her college career. Growing up immersed in sports, she developed a deep appreciation for athletics and decided to pursue a degree focused on studying the human body and its movement through exercise.

Originally from New York, Grace spent much of her childhood vacationing in Maine with her family. Drawn to the culture and community, she eventually made Maine her home and pursued her education in the state.

Grace earned her degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Leadership Studies, from the University of Maine in Orono. Following graduation, she began working in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, where she gained experience supporting individuals of varying ages and those managing cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. This role allowed her to further develop her clinical knowledge while helping patients safely return to their everyday lives.

Grace is currently continuing her education in the field of exercise science and is pursuing her certification in personal training. Whether working with groups or in one-on-one sessions, she brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every interaction, ready to help others move and feel their best.
