Mae McAvoy has been part of The Form Lab community since 2022, first discovering the studio during her time at Lululemon while exploring partnership opportunities. She was immediately drawn to the space by the trainers’ expertise, warmth and genuine care, and it quickly became her favorite place to work out. She values the sense of connection and community that fitness creates. Before moving from Massachusetts to Maine, Mae led the Lululemon Natick Run Club where she fostered an environment that made everyone feel welcomed and seen. She has run multiple half marathons and ran the Philadelphia marathon in 2019. She holds a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts. Mae will always greet you with a warm smile.
