Nina Berube

Yoga Instructor
she/her/hers

A Mainer with a Master’s Degree in Education, Antonina has been returning to her mat since the early 2000’s. What began as a way to build strength, mobility, and flexibility quickly became something much deeper- a space for healing, joy, and self-discovery. Over the years, yoga has supported her through grief, life transitions, and challenging seasons. It has been both an anchor and an outlet for expression, and that lived experience deeply informs the way she shows up as a teacher.

She is passionate about helping others step out of the constant chatter of the mind and into their bodies- to become more embodied, calm, clear, and connected. Her classes blend breath, mindful movement, and stillness to guide students back to presence.

When she’s not teaching or holding space for others, Antonina is likely off on her next adventure. With a serious case of wanderlust, she loves hiking, kayaking, and traveling the world—always looking to learn, connect, and be inspired by the people and places she encounters.
