Savannah Bernardin

Group Fitness Coach
she/her/hers

Savannah has always been passionate about health and fitness. After participating in several sports, she found a love for running at an early age. She participated in both Track & Field and Cross Country at the collegiate level. During this time, she began strength training to improve her race times. Inspired by the power of the human body and a desire to help others, she pursued her degree in physical therapy, receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College in 2017.

Originally from Massachusetts, Savannah found her way to Maine nearly five years ago. As a way to find and build community, Savannah began participating, and then leading November Project Portland - a free weekly fitness group. In 2023, she began coaching group strength classes at Starting Line in Portland. Her next fitness endeavor is joining The Form Lab team to coach The Formula classes on Mondays at 5pm and on the weekend rotation!

By day, Savannah works as an acute care pediatric physical therapist. Outside of her busy schedule Savannah enjoys gardening, knitting and exploring from the beaches to the mountains with her happy husky.
