  • Give us a call or drop an email to info@formlabfitness.com. We’re working on it, but have an interim solution.

  • We are located at 144 Fore St, at the easternmost end of the building, which is the opposite end from the VA Clinic. Sadly there are no suite numbers.

    Our parking lot can only be entered from driveways on Hancock St. (at the now former VA clinic), or Thames St. (opposite the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad).

    Please observe our notes above regarding the public pay-for-parking lot that abuts Thames St.

    The front entrance faces south and is clearly marked with our sign.

  • Park directly along the 144 Fore building directly around and beyond the front door of The Form Lab.

    If you park in the public pay-for-parking lot that borders Thames St., remember to pay. They aggressively ticket (>= $36).

    Observe all “No Parking” signs! The Form Lab is not responsible if you get ticketed or towed for ignoring posted parking. If in doubt, PLEASE ASK!

  • We have a single unisex ADA-compliant bathroom with stall shower, and provide basic toiletry amenities and clean towels.

    Currently we do not have lockers but have storage cubbies for shoes and other non-valuables that you may wish to leave on premises for convenience.

  • The intent of The Form Lab is provide supportive fitness experiences tailored to an individual.

    That being said, we recognize that our schedule might not always match with yours. We are working on how to incorporate open gym sessions without impacting private or group training sessions.

Please park directly in front of or on NE side of building to avoid parking fees/fines
